We are familiar with the local Chinese customs requirement regarding the return or repair cases. As it is a very complicated process to export the used or dangerous parts and ask for a repair or return. We provide the whole service for the return including warranty claim or repair request, dangerous goods or used goods package, customs clearance, logistics and delivery.
